The IACH Meeting will take place on the Garden Level of the Pullman.
Sessions will be held in Orsay Hall (Hall A and Hall B), and the Exhibition in Foyer Orsay.
Registration will be in the foyer next to the elevators outside of Foyer Orsay.

Getting to the Venue

  • Taxi
    From the Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport, a taxi ride should take about 35 minutes (without traffic) and cost between 65-80 EUR.
    From the Paris Orly Airport, a taxi ride should take about 20 minutes and cost around 35 EUR.
  • Public transportation

    • Train from the Paris CDG Airport – Line B towards Massy-Palaiseau, switch at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame to Line C towards Saint-Quentin en Yvelines – Montigny-Le-Bretonneux, get off at Champ de Mars Eiffel Tower.
      The trip will take about 1 hour and cost 2.10 EUR.
    • Train from the Paris Orly Airport – Take the Orlyval Metro to the Anthony Train Station and then change to Line B or Line C.
      The trip will take about 1 hour and cost 12.10 EUR.

The hotel is in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, next to the Eiffel Tower.

Announcing the Stem Cell Transplant Academy
IACH is launching the “Stem Cell Transplant Academy” during the Annual Meeting, starting with the transplant workshop on Thursday, September 19th – 09:00-12:00.
The academy course will continue with a series of webinars.

The Meeting Welcome Reception will be held on Thursday, September 19th from 18:40 in the Exhibition Hall.  All registered participants are invited to join us!

Speakers are requested to visit the technician in the Speakers’ Preview Corner near the Registration Desk no later than 2 hours prior to the session for which they are scheduled to speak and upload their presentation. The speakers’ corner will operate during registration desk opening hours.

Visas and Travel Information
Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent whether they require a visa to travel to Paris. Information about Visa requirements can be found on the World Travel Guide website: www.worldtravelguide.net

Climate
The weather in Paris during September is usually quite pleasant, but cool. Average temperature is around 18-19˚C during the day, and an average of 10-12˚C at night.

Post-Meeting

  • EBAH CME Accreditation
    The IACH Meeting program has been reviewed and approved for CME accreditation by the European Board for Accreditation (EBAH) CME Unit – 13.5 EBAH-CME Credit Points.  Full information and how to obtain your credit points can be viewed here.
  • IACH Meeting Certificate of Attendance
    All registered participants will receive an email with a link to personalize and download their own Meeting Certificate of Attendance.
  • Program On-Demand
    The scientific program will be simultaneously live broadcast during the days of the meeting and will be available on-demand via the meeting online platform at least until the end of the year (2024).

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of delegates, either during or directly arising from the 2024 IACH Meeting. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
